My 6 yr old son has started stuttering very bad and acting up his teacher has noticed this as well. What to do?
Q. I talked to his teacher and she is gonna to have him meet with the speech therapist at the school. I am unsure of what to so. The stuttering had started out of nowhere, he has never stuttered before, and within the pass month or so he has started.

A. check out www.stutteringhelp.org as they have loads of information on stuttering, ways you can help at home, online videos, referrals to specialist, etc. Stuttering sometimes begins when the child is going through a new learning phase and it disappears as quickly as it started.

A. Salaam brother.. :) Dua is very powerful. It has the power to change destiny, for a dua to be accepted, # U should never give up on asking dua, patience is very much requried. # Ur trust in Alah(swt) that He will accept ur dua should be maximum. # U should never say," Oh I asked and asked but Allah didn't accept my dua". Prophet(s.a.w) said that uttering those words to anyone will make u impatient. # Allah(swt) is ashamed to leave empty the hands of a believer which is raised for dua. # When we say ameen, it becomes obligatory upon Allah to accept our Dua. # When we do dua, Allah will benefit us in some way or other, He will accept it, or forgive our sins to compensate, or save our rewards for the day of judgement. So brother,… [cont.]

Why would audio start stuttering in Cubase SE?
Q. The audio in in my Cubase SE has recently started stuttering? In VST performance the hard disk reading seems to increase through the song until it starts stuttering. I've used a RAM checker and that seems fine. Diagnostics on the hard drive seem okay too. Thanks.
Asked by Gary - Wed Jun 23 12:41:04 2010 - - 1 Answers - Comments
A. VST is a slow technology. If you throw too much VST activity at Cubase, it really taxes the CPU and can cause stuttering. The stuttering happens because at one given point in time, their is not enough CPU to produce the audio.

I stutter from anxiety, how can I improve and reduce my stuttering?
Q. I used to stutter a lot more, but now, it's only occasional. Sometimes I'll be on the phone with my friends and i'll stutter a couple times, but I do speak fast too without realizing. It's probably the worst when I have to introduce myself, or when I'm forced into a situation where I need to say words that I know I stutter on. My stuttering is only like this because I know I've stuttered on those letters or words in the past and I'm afraid it will happen again, and it does happen. How overcome my fear?

How can I stop stuttering once and for all?
Q. I stutter really badly. I can't say a sentence without stumbling over a word or two. I'm twelve and have been stuttering for as long as I can remember. I really want to stop, but I don't know how. My mom and teachers are always telling me to slow down, and that really upsets me. I am talking as slow as I can, but it sounds like my mouth's moving really fast! My mom doesn't get it and is always telling me to slow down. I have to do a stand- up- comedy act tomorrow in one of my classes, and I need a way that I can just relax and now compleatly embarass myself in front of the whole class. FYI: there are some really mean kids in my class who I just know will make fun of me. Please help!

A. Try some spray cleaner in the throttle body. Disconnect the air cleaner hose. Spray into throttle body as directed. Also, try some injector cleaner. Sounds like there could be trash or water in the fuel.

Stuttering!?
Q. How come I never stutter when I think or read inside my mind, and I even read much faster than other people when not reading aloud, but always have problems with stuttering when I talk to people? By people I mean either another an individual or a group of people(which is really terrible). I've given it a lot of thought and I really can't seem to understand why! Any ideas? Yes MFH! I can only dream of being social and talk to people and my friends in a normal way.
Asked by Unbreakable - Sat Feb 16 18:06:52 2008 - - 4 Answers - Comments
A. It's probably because you over think what you are going to say. You may be nervous around people, so when you talk you want to make sure it's something clever and so you over think, which could be the reason for your stutter. You might want to seek help from a speech therapist. I've known a couple people that have overcome their speech impediment after sessions with a therapist, but I also know a person that hasn't been helped by a therapist. However, it's worth a shot.

Is it common to for an Xtacy addict to have a bad stuttering problem?
Q. Unfortunately I know of someone that caused me to read up more on this addiction. I know it's supposed to give an initial "rush feeling" and I wanted to know if this contributes to a possible stuttering problem. I don't know what all is involved in the drug but I found an article saying that certain drugs may cause cerebral problems linked to stuttering and I want to know if it is in XTC? I noticed the person had times when his speech was incomprehensible compared to others.
